Salsa Aerobic:

Salsa, Samba, Mambo, Merengue and Cha-cha are combined with aerobic steps to the sound of Latin music. The hips roll, the shoulders go up and down, arms and legs are swinging. It’s not only thrilling, but also a great cardio-training.

Reggae:

Reggae ton is a mixture of reggae, hip hop and Latino music. Reggae ton is sexy, wild, powerful, a relatively young music style that has been very popular in the Caribbean since the 90’s. Reggae ton is not only an effective cardio-training, but with the crunch-looking moves it’s also an intensive belly and back workout. Endurance and respiration are improved, the self-confidence boosted.

Latin Step:

Classic Step-aerobic choreographies with groovy Latino music.

Tango Latin Aerobic:

Tango aerobic is a combination of elegant tango steps and body forming aerobic-moves. It is offering a complete body workout and great pleasure from hot Latino music.

Rumba:

Rumba is an aerobic course that includes different hot Latino-tracks. Every single track has its own fun and simple choreography, from new to old top Latino chart hits, from salsa to the meringue, from samba to the Reggae ton.

Zumba:

Zumba is a combination of Latino and international music – dances as a dynamic, exiting and effective fitness system. The program consists of Interval training in combination with slow and fast rhythms that strengthen and form the body. Zumba is ideal to burn fat and strengthens the body all around. The Training targets specific parts of the body as the belly, the legs, the bottom, the arms and the most important muscle of all THE HEART. It is a mixture of body forming movements and easy steps.
