Sport & Fitness Event - Kyllini Beach Resort 2012

This week, Kyllini Beach Resort will present to its customers an excellent sports and fitness program. Under the slogan: Strength, endurance, coordination, balance and refreshment, professional presenters offer a complete outdoor program with great variety of exercises. You will learn new types of gymnastics which are suitable for an efficient and effective program of training.

CYCLING at the Beach

With a team and accompanied with uplifting music you will climb with your bike on high mountains nearby the sea. Cycling is one of the few ways of working out where beginners, advanced cyclists as well as professionals of any age can be trained together.

The intensity of the training, can be achieved succesfully through a personal choice of different speeds and level of resistance. Through cycling in front of the sea, you strengthen your metabolism, you get filled with energy, you improve your endurance, and you burn calories while having fun at the same time.

Ingo Hesselbarth:
Ingo, is internationally active for over 8 years in the ICE TOMAHAWK team of coaches as a trainer and presenter. He is widely known beyond the German borders for his special way to thrill the audience.

EnergΥ Workout

This unique program for the body and the spirit combines methods of training from the West as well as from the Far East such as Yoga, Chiball, Pilates and Qi Gong. Right in front of the sea, a combination of breathing exercises, together with relaxing but also strengthening exercises, will take place. This unusual training of various exercises is exactly what brings your body to a balance and fills you up with energy.

Manuela Jacob:
Therapist and supervisor of the seminars „Body & Mind“ for many years. Manager and owner of the “Aurora Center”. Trained in the various fields of Body & Mind. Special Fields: Yoga and Qi Gong Teacher, Chi Ball, spiritual, trainer, Ayurveda therapist.

Fitness - Boxen

Boxing training is an excellent program in order to burn fat as well as a great exercise to increase your speed, your insistence, your reflects and your level of coordination and endurance. It is suitable for men and women. You don’t need to have any special knowledge.

During this training, basic principles of boxing for beginners will be applied as well as more demanding exercises for the entire body. Boxing equipment is provided.

he has been a Box-Workout trainer for safe Para Vida training and Besafe training in various studios and facilities.

IRON SYSTEM™

The rowing training, when accompanied by the appropriate music, can ideally turn into meditation.
